5 things to do with Marmalade…
marmalade
- As a glaze: add a little Gran Marnier and use as a glaze for duck and ham or thin out with orange juice and use as a baste for chicken or pork
- Bake a cake: try Nigella’s Marmalade Pudding Cake
- In your breakfast smoothie: place 2 tblsp of marmalade, a banana, some milk and ice into a food processor and blend until smooth
- Wow your dinner guests: and serve Cranberries Amaretto at your next dinner party
- With chocolate: make chocolate and orange spread by melting a 100g bar of plain chocolate and then stiring in 100g Seville orange marmalade. Simples!
